I am a mixed media artist. I love colour, I really hope this comes out in my work. I am self taught, heavily influenced by the " Impressionist Artists ". I like to experiment with all sorts of textures, surfaces and mediums. When I begin on blank canvas I never know where it will go. It can start as an abstract but then I see something and go in completely different direction. Some  of the textures I like to work with are: glue,plaster of Paris, rust effects moulding paste different papers and staines to name but just a few. I work in mainly very bold colours, Teal and turquoise  are my favourite, so most of my paintings will have these in. A lot of my work demands patience as it entails a lot of drying of different layers. I really hope you enjoy my work as much as I like to create.
